Safe driving starts with clear guidelines. That’s why we always strictly adhere to local speed limits. We also make a point of maintaining a safe following distance, so there’s plenty of room to anticipate, react, and drive calmly—especially in changing conditions or on unfamiliar roads.

In this context, one’s position on the road is not a minor detail, but rather part of a well-thought-out driving style. Through mutual visibility, sufficient space, and a consistent driving formation, communication on the road remains clear and safety is optimally ensured.

Protection and Technology in the Service of Security

During the trip, participants will ride with high-quality safety equipment and support that actively contribute to their protection and ensure rapid assistance when needed. Both the rider and the guide wear an airbag vest, and the BMW SOS system is used to provide additional safety on the road.

In addition, the Adventure Guide travels 24 hours a day with an activated SPOT emergency transmitter. This ensures there is always an extra backup available for assistance or an SOS alert, even in places where distance and terrain become more of a factor.
